Rating: 5 out of 5 The Drowsy Chaperone was excellent!!!!!!! by CherieP on 5/13/13 Duke Energy Center for the Performing Arts - Raleigh. The audience was engaged from the first moment. His talents are amazing! Each actor was extremely professional and talented. He always pulls the audience in and has them right where he wants them-no different with this show. I have to admit I was apprehensive about seeing a show that Clay did not sing in, but he was so entertaining. The play was fabulous! Every actor was great! I especially enjoyed Clay as "the man in the chair" and the actor who played Adolpho. ![]()
